Our advanced online management tools give you instant access to easy-to-read, detailed reports — so you can manage your ATM anywhere, anytime.

Accessible via your computer, Web Reporting consists of a series of easy-to-navigate screens that provide transaction information for your ATM terminals as well as reports listing surcharge revenues and deposits. With DC Payments’ online reporting service, you can:

• Securely access your DC Payments ATM terminals.
• Retrieve real-time information about your ATMs, including live transaction data and full historical data.
• Get customisable reports in multiple formats, including Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and Microsoft Excel.
• Track your ATMs’ status and get updates and error details.

Using Web Reporting

Once you’re enrolled in Web Reporting, it’s easy to get started using the service. You simply log in to see the Web Reporting home page, and from there, you can access a variety of reports. The standard report suite includes these:

• Transaction volume reporting
• Detailed transaction summary
• Monthly network summary
• Terminal summary
• Status report — current error and cash status

For example, with one click, you can view a quick, real-time snapshot of your terminals. This report provides information such as cash balance, date and time of the last transaction and terminal status. The report also shows error codes, such as ‘out of cash’ and ‘paper low’.
